(b) Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh ("Bank") Independent Director Angela J. Yochem has informed the Bank that as a result of a change of employment and relocation she is resigning as an Independent Director of the Bank effective June 30, 2016. Under the rules of the Federal Housing Finance Agency ("Finance Agency"), the Bank’s Board is required to select a replacement Independent Director meeting the applicable requirements of Finance Agency regulation 12 C.F.R Part 1261 for the remainder of Ms. Yochem’s term which expires on December 31, 2017.
