On June 30, 2016, Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the completion of enrollment in its second Phase 3 clinical trial of its lead drug candidate, ITI-007 (ITI 007-302), for the treatment of schizophrenia.
The Company’s press release announcing the completion of enrollment of its second Phase 3 clinical trial of ITI-007 for the treatment of schizophrenia is filed as Exhibits 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
