On June 30, 2016, Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing the results of its AmpionTM PIVOT clinical trial as well as a comprehensive analysis that integrates trial data from three single injection studies that will be presented to the FDA. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
