At a company-wide meeting on June 24, 2016, Bank of Marin Bancorp (“Bancorp”) announced the retirement of J. Dietrich Stroeh from the boards of Bank of Marin Bancorp and Bank of Marin, effective July 1, 2016. A copy of the press release dated June 29, 2016, is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
