Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On June 27, 2016, Xura, Inc. filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2016 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and regained compliance with the continued listing requirements of the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market.
