On June 23, 2016, Medivation, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company had mailed a letter to Company stockholders providing detailed information to correct misleading claims that Sanofi has made (the “Stockholder Letter”). A copy of the press release, including the Stockholder Letter, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On June 23, 2016, the Company sent a letter to its employees addressing the Stockholder Letter. A copy of the letter to the Company’s employees is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
