Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

     World Fuel Services Corporation announced today that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has signed definitive agreements to acquire two U.S. land fuel distributors, PAPCO, Inc. and Associated Petroleum Products, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
