On June 22, 2016, Boston Private Bank & Trust Company (the "Bank"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc., issued a press release announcing that HomeStreet, Inc. of Seattle, Washington has agreed to acquire two of the Bank's branches, one located in Granada Hills and the other located in Burbank, California. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
