On June 15, 2016, the Boards of Directors of OceanFirst Financial Corp. (the “Company”) and OceanFirst Bank (the “Bank”) approved the appointment of Steven J. Tsimbinos as Executive Vice President.
Mr. Tsimbinos, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, will continue to be responsible for the legal matters and corporate transactions of the Company and the Bank, as well as certain administrative responsibilities relating to the audit and enterprise risk management functions of the Company and the Bank. Mr. Tsimbinos joined OceanFirst Bank in September 2010 as First Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
The Company announced the appointment of Mr. Tsimbinos in the Press Release dated June 21, 2016, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
