Item 3.01. Transfer of Listing
On June 16, 2016, Socket Mobile, Inc. (the “Company”) received approval from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market confirming that the Company’s common stock would commence trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on June 22, 2016. On that date, the Company’s listing will transfer from the OTCQB tier of the Over-the-counter (OTC) market. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade under the trading symbol SCKT.
The full text of the Company's press release on June 20, 2016 announcing listing approval from the Nasdaq Stock Market Listings Qualification Department and commencement of trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on June 22, 2016 is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
