(b) On June 16, 2016, Patrick M. Byrne returned to active status as a member of the Board of Directors of Overstock.com, Inc. (the “Company”).  As previously reported, on April 11, 2016, Dr. Byrne began an indefinite personal leave of absence for medical reasons in both his capacity as Chief Executive Officer and in his capacity as a member of the Board of Directors.  Dr. Byrne remains on leave in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer.
