On June 15, 2016, TETRA Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has commenced a public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
