Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 16, 2016, Rand Logistics, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) stating that the Company has regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum closing bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The Nasdaq staff determined that the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater for the last 10 consecutive business days, from June 2, 2016 to June 15, 2016, and that the matter is now closed.
