Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 15, 2016, Kearny Financial Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Erika K. Parisi, one of its named executive officers, was appointed to serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President/Director of Consumer Relationship Management Analytics. Ms. Parisi currently serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President/Branch Administrator. Linda Hanlon, Sr. Vice President/Director of Retail Banking, will assume the responsibilities of Branch Administrator. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
