Explanatory Note: The sole purpose of this Amendment No. 2 to AppSoft Technologies, Inc.’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2016, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on June 3, 2016, as amended by Amendment No. 1 to Form 10-Q, filed with the SEC on June 15, 2016 to include, the financial statements and related notes from the Form 10-Q formatted in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) to furnish Exhibit 101 to the Form 10-Q in accordance with Rule 405 of Regulation S-T (the “Form 10-Q”), is to amend the cover page to check the box to reflect that fact that the registrant is not a shell company (as defined in Rule 12b-2 of the Exchange Act). No other changes have been made to the Form 10-Q.
