As a result of the disposition of all of the assets of Hexis Cyber Solutions, Inc. (“Hexis”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The KEYW Holding Corporation (the “Company”), on June 10, 2016, the Company notified Chris Fedde, President of Hexis, that his employment with Hexis would be terminated effective June 30, 2016.
