Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 15, 2016, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of fifteen cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $686,356.95. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of July 29, 2016, payable on August 15, 2016.
A copy of the News Release issued by the registrant on June 15, 2016, is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01 and is incorporated here by reference.
