(d) Effective June 15, 2016, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Domain Extremes Inc. (the “Company”) increased the size of the Board from eight to ten directors and elected Mr. Dadeng Hidayat and Mr. Muhammad Yunus Yosfiah as associated directors to fill the newly created vacancy on the Board.
