Business Development Corporation of America’s 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders was initially called to order on June 9, 2016 and is currently adjourned to Friday, June 17, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. (local time) to be held at 405 Park Avenue, New York, NY in order to provide additional time to gather votes for the necessary quorum.
