Resignation of Jeffrey D. Roth as Chief Executive Officer of SWK Technologies, Inc.
On May 27, 2016, Jeffrey D. Roth, Chief Executive Officer of SWK Technologies, Inc. (“SWK”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SilverSun Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of SWK, effective immediately (the “Roth Resignation”).
Appointment of Mark Meller as Chief Executive Officer of SWK Technologies, Inc.
In connection with the Roth Resignation, on May 27, 2016, Mark Meller, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Company, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of SWK (the “Meller Appointment”).
On May 27, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing the Roth Resignation and Meller Appointment. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
