On June 10, 2016, HNI Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing updated guidance for the Corporation’s fiscal second quarter ended June 30, 2016 and fiscal year ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Corporation has prepared an Investor Presentation for use in meetings with investors on or after June 10, 2016. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report and is also available on the Corporation’s website at www.hnicorp.com under the “Investors—News Releases & Events” section.
