| (b) | On May 16, 2016, GlobalSCAPE announced that James Bindseil notified the Company that he had resigned as GlobalSCAPE's President and Chief Executive Officer. In connection with that resignation, on June 10, 2016, GlobalSCAPE and Mr. Bindseil agreed that GlobalSCAPE will pay Mr. Bindseil his base salary at the time of his resignation through December 31, 2016, will pay him a pro rata portion of bonus payments, if any, that will be paid to Company officers for 2016, will extend the period for exercising vested options until May 2017 and will accelerate the vesting of a portion of previously unvested stock options held by him. |
