(b) On June 9, 2016, ServiceSource International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Gregory G. Hopkins would be resigning as the Chief Customer Officer, effective June 30, 2016, to pursue other professional opportunities.

On June 9, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing, among other things, Mr. Hopkins’ resignation, certain other staffing changes and updated guidance for the current quarter ending June 30, 2016. The full text of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
