Item 5.02: Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On June 8, 2016, United Insurance Holdings Corp. (the Company) announced that Mr. John Langowski has stepped down from the position of Vice President of Claims of the Company effective June 6, 2016.
The Company also announced that Ms. Louisa Dulin will assume the position of Interim Vice President of Claims and will oversee the Claims team at the Company while the Company conducts a nationwide search for Mr. Langowski's replacement.
