On June 3, 2016, Robert E. Sjogren notified Pacific Mercantile Bancorp (the “Company”) of his resignation as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and its subsidiary, Pacific Mercantile Bank (the “Bank”), and of his role as Director of PM Asset Resolution, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, effective June 17, 2016.
