Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On June 1, 2016, Mr. James Valdez, a named executive officer of IPALCO Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) as disclosed in the Company’s Amendment No. 1 to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015, accepted a position in the human resources department of the Company’s parent company, The AES Corporation, and no longer serves as Vice President of Human Resources for the Company and its affiliated businesses in the United States.
