On June 5, 2016, interim results from Ignyta Inc.’s Phase 1 clinical trial of RXDX-105 were announced, including in a poster presentation, at the 2016 Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in Chicago, Illinois. The press release dated June 5, 2015 announcing the data from the poster presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The poster presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
