On June 2, 2016, Jack A. Fusco, the Chief Executive Officer of Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC (“Cheniere GP”), the general partner of Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P., was appointed to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cheniere GP by Cheniere GP Holding Company, LLC. Mr. Fusco’s appointment to the Board was made pursuant to the rights of Cheniere GP Holding Company, LLC under the Third Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Cheniere GP to appoint certain directors to the Board. Mr. Fusco replaces Neal A. Shear as a member of the Board. In addition, on June 2, 2016, the Board appointed Mr. Fusco as its Chairman.
