On June 1, 2016, Amy T. Forster gave notice of her resignation as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Westell Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) effective as of June 24, 2016 to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Forster’s decision is not the result of any disagreement regarding the Company’s financial reporting or accounting policies, procedures, estimates, or judgments.
In connection with Ms. Forster’s resignation, Thomas P. Minichiello, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary, will assume Ms. Forster’s responsibilities as the Company’s principal accounting officer effective as of June 24, 2016.
