Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On June 1, 2016, RREEF Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”), RREEF America L.L.C., the Company's advisor, and Altus Group U.S. Inc. (“Altus”) entered into an amendment of the Valuation Services Agreement dated as of December 21, 2012 by and between the Company, RREEF America L.L.C. and Altus (the “Altus Amendment”). Under the Valuation Services Agreement, Altus provides the Company with valuation services relating to the valuation of the Company's real estate investments. The Altus Amendment extends the term of the Valuation Services Agreement for one year, with two successive one-year renewal options, and amends the pricing for valuation services provided to the Company.
The foregoing summary of the terms of the Altus Amendment does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Altus Amendment, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
