Item 5.03. Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On May 27, 2016, Asiya Pearls, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Nevada to change the name of the Company to QPAGOS.
On June 1, 2016, the Board of Directors approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from October 31 to December 31.
