Item 8.01. Other Information.
On May 31, 2016, pdvWireless, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release acknowledging the existence of third party commentary discussing their view of the status of the Joint Petition for Rulemaking the Company filed with the Federal Communications Commission requesting a realignment of a portion of the 900 MHz band from narrowband to broadband. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
