Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 31, 2016, pursuant to the terms of the Stock Purchase Agreement dated as of April 30, 2016 by and among Prime Risk Partners Inc. ("Prime Risk"), Old National Bancorp ("ONB"), and ONB’s wholly owned subsidiary, ONB Insurance Group, Inc. ("Insurance Group"), Prime Risk acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of stock of Insurance Group.
