Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 20, 2016 Newtek Business Services Corp.’s (the “Company”) wholly owned controlled portfolio company Newtek Technology Solutions (“NTS”) completed the acquisition of ITAS, LLC and Deer Valley Data, LLC, which offer information technology support services, for a cash purchase price of $600,000. NTS anticipates these acquisitions to contribute total revenue of approximately $700,000 over the following twelve months.
