Item 8.01 Other Events
Cachet Financial Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) previously reported in a Form 8-K filed on May 12, 2016 that in connection with certain promissory notes issued to James L. Davis (“lender”), a director of the Company, that the Company had issued and would issue warrants to lender. The lender and the Company subsequently agreed to revise the exercise price of the warrants to $0.329 per share.
