On May 26, 2016, Raymond James Financial, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release to announce that its Canadian subsidiary Raymond James Ltd. has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire 3Macs (MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier Inc.).
