EXPLANATORY NOTE

 

This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K, dated and filed as of February 9, 2016, as amended by the Form 8-K/A dated and filed as of March 2, 2016 (the “Original Form 8-K”), with respect to the CSAIL 2016-C5 Commercial Mortgage Trust. The purpose of this amendment is to make certain clerical and other revisions to the agreement previously filed as Exhibit 4.5 to the Original Form 8-K. The agreement previously filed as Exhibit 4.5 is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by the version attached hereto.
