Central Federal Corporation (the “Company) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on May 25, 2016 in New Albany, Ohio.  The purpose of the Annual Meeting was to consider and vote upon the individual matters as described below.  The results of the voting were as follows:
