On May 25, 2016, Bay Bancorp, Inc. (the “Corporation”) will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at which its President and Chief Executive Officer will present certain financial and other information about the Corporation. A copy of the presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
