Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On May 18, 2016, the holders of the senior secured convertible notes of Great Basin Scientific, Inc. (the “Company”) voluntarily removed restrictions on the Company’s use of an aggregate of $1 million previously funded to the Company and authorized the release of those funds from the restricted accounts of the Company.
