Efficiency Ratio • “Efficiency ratio” is a non-GAAP measure representing non-interest expense excluding the effects of losses or gains on foreclosed properties, other discrete items unrelated to our primary business activities and amortization of other intangible assets, if any, divided by top line revenue.
