(b) On May 13, 2016, Joseph Stevens resigned from his position as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Sunshine Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) effective June 17, 2016. Mr. Stevens had no disagreement with the Company that led to his resignation.
