EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Amendment on Form 8-K/A to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Registrant on May 16, 2016 is being filed to correct a typographical error in the exhibit filed with the original Report. On the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations (Unaudited), the Total cost of sales for the three months ended March 31, 2016 should be $3,130,000, not $2,130,000 as originally shown. The entire exhibit to the original Report is being refiled herewith with the corrected number. No other changes have been made to the exhibit.
