On May 16, 2016, William J. Wasilewski, the Executive Vice President, Energy, Chemicals and Infrastructure of CDI Corp. (“CDI”), submitted his resignation effective May 20, 2016. Mr. Wasilewski is relocating to support family obligations which require closer geographic proximity to his family. Mr. Wasilewski is assisting CDI in the transition to new leadership of the Energy, Chemicals and Infrastructure business.
