On May 13, 2016, Murphy Oil Corporation (The Company) announced that its Canadian subsidiary has closed the Kaybob Duvernay and Liquids Rich Montney joint venture with affiliates of Athabasca Oil Corporation that was previously announced on January 27, 2016.
