Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 10, 2016, Institutional Shareholders Services issued a report making recommendations regarding the election of directors of Triple-S Management Corporation (the "Company"). In connection with such report, the Company clarifies that each of its incumbent directors attended at least 75% of the aggregate meetings of the board of directors and the committees on which they served held during the year ended December 31, 2015.
