On May 12, 2016, ConforMIS, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 12, 2016, the Company announced that Dr. Philipp Lang, M.D., M.B.A. will be replaced as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective upon the appointment of his successor.  The Board has retained an executive search firm to search for a new President and Chief Executive Officer to succeed Dr. Lang.
