Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2016, Peak Resorts, Inc. issued a press release announcing its spring season pass sales for the 2016/2017 ski season and giving certain business updates. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
