On May 10, 2016, Kandi Technologies Group, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware (the “Company”), announced a correction to its earnings release issued and furnished with a Form 8-K at 7:00am ET on the same day (the “Previous Release”) as a few items were missing from Balance Sheets and Statements of Cash Flows due to the table format adjustment.

This Amendment No. 1 to Form 8-K contains the copy of the press release titled “Correction: Kandi Technologies Reports First Quarter 2016 Financial Results”, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The corrected earnings release supersedes the Previous Release.
