Item 8.01 Other Items.

Management of the Company, in conjunction with the Company’s patent attorneys, has determined that there may be competing interests in the name “Carolco Pictures.” Accordingly, management is performing a forensic review to determine the full extent of the Company’s rights and interests in the name “Carolco Pictures” and the appropriate actions to take following this forensic review.
